You would never know there are veggies greens in this light refreshing tropical yogurt parfait. Since this parfait looks so beautiful this could double as a dessert; toss it in the freezer for 30 minutes and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond yogurt (buy it or make it yourself)
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 frozen banana (or fresh)
- 1 serving Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- Toasted almonds, chopped
- Handful of fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
Preparation

In a bowl, place in ½ cup of almond yogurt.

Place all other ingredients (except toasted almonds, blueberries and coconut) in blender and blend until smooth.

Layer smoothie on top of almond yogurt and garnish with chopped almonds, blueberries coconut and or any other fresh or frozen fruit you have kicking around.
