Strawberry Lemon-Lime Granita

While granitas are not instant desserts, they are worth the time and effort. This Sunday make this Strawberry Lemon-Lime Granita to enjoy throughout the week.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 serving Lemon Lime Vega Sport® Electrolyte Hydrator
- 1½ cups water
- ¼ cup raw agave syrup
- Fresh lime or lemon Juice, if desired
Preparation

In a blender, pulse strawberries until finely pureed.

Add Vega Sport® Electrolyte Hydrator, water, agave and lemon or lime. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.

Add into a container and freeze for 1 hour or until top starts to freeze.

Use a fork to scrape top layer into flakey ice crystals and then return to freezer.

Scrape again with fork every 30 minutes until the whole mixture is flakey ice crystals.
