We also love turning it into a bowl and sitting down to enjoy it with friends and family.
Ingredients
- White Layer Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ⅛ cup coconut milk beverage
- Shredded coconut, as needed
- Red Layer Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- ¼ cup coconut milk beverage
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
- Topping Options:
- 2 Tbsp gluten-free granola
- 1-2 tsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp goji berries, soaked
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- Fresh raspberries or cherries and banana slices
Preparation

Combine all white layer ingredients in a blender
