Start your day with this refreshing plant-based kale green smoothie, made with kale, coconut water, pineapple, Brazil nuts, matcha green tea, and a scoop of Vega One® All-in-One Shake.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 3 Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Add water for desired consistency.
