Green Smoothie Recipe with Kale

Start your day with this refreshing plant-based kale green smoothie, made with kale, coconut water, pineapple, Brazil nuts, matcha green tea, and a scoop of Vega One® All-in-One Shake.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving French Vanilla Vega Oneâ„¢ Nutritional Shake
- 3 Brazil nuts
- 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 5 ice cubes
Preparation

Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Add water for desired consistency.
