Easy Kid Smoothie (plus one for you!)

Serves 4 5 minute prep time

Sick of cleaning out the blender while you make your family’s breakfast every morning? Make three smoothies, for four people, using the same base and only clean the blender once! This tropical smoothie peanut butter cup recipe is sure to please the tastebuds of all ages.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups + 1 cup Silk unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Vega® Protein & Greens
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Vega® Essentials
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp vegan chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 Tbsp crushed peanuts
  • 1 cup crushed ice + 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup spinach or kale

Preparation

  • Pour 3 cups almond milk into your blender.

  • Add bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, 1 cup ice and Vega® Proteins & Greens.

  • Blend these ingredients on high speed for 30 seconds.

  • Pour two small servings for kids (1 cup each) and sprinkle the top with peanuts and chocolate sprinkles.

  • Add 1 cup almond milk and blend half of the remaining smoothie for your partner.

  • Add 1 cup green, 1 scoop Vega® Essentials and extra ice, blend another 20 seconds and pour for yourself!

  • Additional notes: Sprinkles and crushed peanuts can be used as toppings for all four smoothies.
