Protein Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Who doesn’t love to drink dessert? Turn a comfort food classic into an oatmeal cookie smoothie with over 20 grams of plant-based protein as well as veggies and greens.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Silk® Unsweetened Original Almond milk
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats, raw
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • ½ cup of ice

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
