Raw energy balls are a great recipe to have in your culinary arsenal for a quick snack on-the-go, or a burst of plant-based fuel during a longer workout. These Pineapple Ginger Coconut Raw Energy Balls have a nice balance of sweetness, creaminess, and crunch. Organic Medjool dates, unsweetened pineapple, and coconut make these raw energy balls irresistible!


  • 3/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 10 organic Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cups unsulfered unsweetened dried pineapple
  • 4 Tbsp organic tahini
  • 1 Tbsp sprouted chia powder
  • 1/4 cups organic diced and crystallized ginger
  • 3/4 cups puffed quinoa


  • Add all ingredients to food processor, with quinoa puffs last.

  • Roll into bite-size energy balls and store in fridge or freezer for ultimate freshness.
