Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Gluten-Free Oatmeal (Red Mill)
- 1 apple chopped
- ¼ tsp of nutmeg
- 1½ tsp of cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (beverage, not canned)
- ½ - 1 serving Salted Caramel Vega® Protein & Greens
