Pumpkin Smoothie with Salted Caramel

In addition to providing a generous 30 grams of plant-based protein, this fall smoothie has even more nutrition thanks to the whole food ingredients of flaxseed, chia seeds, Vega® Maca and cacao.


  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 serving Salted Caramel Vega® Protein & Greens
  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Vega® Maca
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Cacao nibs (optional)


  • Combine all ingredients except for the ice in a blender and puree until almost smooth.

  • Add the ice and continue blending until completely crushed.

  • Pour into a class and sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
