Post-Workout Cookies and Cream Smoothie

There is nothing better after you’re done sweating it out than a delicious treat. This high-protein Cookies and Cream Smoothie has 30 grams of protein from Vega Sport® Protein paired with delicious coconut and cookies to take the flavor to the next level.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of ice
- 1½ cups plant-based beverage
- ¼ cup fresh coconut meat or shreds
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 2-3 gluten-free chocolate cookies (We used Lucy's ) or 1Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein
Preparation

Add all of the ingredients except for the cookies or cacao nibs to a high speed blender and blend on high until liquefied (this may take several minutes).

Loosely break up the cookies and add them to the shake with the cocoa nibs. Pulse or blend for just a few seconds.

Sip and enjoy your post-workout shake.
