Homemade Peach Salsa Recipe

Enjoy one of summer’s perfect stone fruits in this refreshing peach salsa. Serve with non-GMO corn chips or fresh cut veggies. Try using this peach salsa recipe alongside some homemade oven baked veggie chips for a healthy, delicious and vibrant snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, diced fine
  • 1/4 cup fresh tomatoes, diced fine
  • 1/2 red onion, diced fine
  • 1/4 cup basil, chiffonade (cut into ribbons)
  • 1 Tbsp Vega® Antioxidant Omega Oil Blend
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Dice, toss, enjoy!
