Need a quick bite between your workout and next meal? These mocha chocolate chip bites take just 15 minutes to make, are perfectly portable, and taste deceptively decadent. Toss a couple in your gym bag for your next sweat session, and keep the rest in the fridge for up to 5 days (although I suspect you’ll find a way to make them disappear much faster than that!)
Ingredients
- 1 serving Mocha Vega® Sport Protein
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup instant oats
- 1 ripe peeled banana, mashed
- 3/4 cup chilled coffee
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. The texture should be similar to that of oatmeal cookie dough.

Using your hands, roll a spoonful at a time into a ball, about 1 ½” in diameter.

Store leftover protein bites in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
