Frozen Fudge Pops

Whether you’re feeding a kid, or are a kid-at-heart, these frozen fudge pops from Peggy K’s Kitchen Cures are sure to win over hearts this summer.
Ingredients
- 1 really ripe avocado
- 1¾ cups vanilla coconut milk
- ¼ cup + 1Tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp salt
Preparation

Scoop out avocado into a food processor.

Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Pour the filling into popsicle molds.

Freeze for 30 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks and continue freezing overnight (or at least 3 hours).
