It might be crazy, but this is one of our favorite green smoothie recipes. Edamame and dairy free protein powder add even more protein to this smoothie while ginger kicks the heat up a notch. Try this edamame smoothie for your next protein-packed snack!
Ingredients
- ½ cup edamame, frozen, not in shell
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup ice
- 1½ cups water
- 1 serving Plain Unsweetened Vega One® Organic All-in-One Shake
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 lime, juiced
