Shredded Coconut Almond Smoothie

You’ll be getting the best of both worlds when it comes to coconut and almond. Imagine a coconut macaroon mixed with a French macaron and you have this delightful coconut almond smoothie. One sip of this and you may need to blend up another, stat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (from the carton, not can)
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 serving Coconut Almond Vega® Protein & Greens
  • or 1 serving Coconut Almond Vega One® All-in-One Shake
  • 1/2 cup of ice

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, blend and enjoy!
