Whether you’re about to crush a workout, head out for a hike, or just need a little afternoon pick-me-up, these no-bake chocolate peanut butter energy balls are a healthy, on-the-go snack that tastes just like peanut butter chocolate cookie dough. If you’re looking for an extra protein kick, add a scoop of your favorite Vega® Protein powder to the recipe below.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup raw almonds
- â…“ cup raw cacao nibs
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder (+ extra for coating)
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 8 pitted Medjool dates

-
Add all dry ingredients into a food processor and blend for a few seconds (or until coarse)

-
Roll mixture into approximately 24 balls
-
Coat balls with hemp seeds, cacao powder, or any other toppings you fancy
-
Store balls in an air tight container in the fridge for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to two weeks
