Use what you already have in your kitchen to make this simple post-workout apple banana protein shake and help build and repair your strong muscles.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Vega® Clean Protein
  • 1 entire banana
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Dash of cinnamon
