Colby Spencer works at Vega as the Creative Services Specialist. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, she’s passionate about mindful eating, and enjoys making new, interesting plant-based recipes, using local ingredients. When not working you can find her sailing, hiking, swimming and enjoying life on the West Coast with her husband and toddler.
