If you’re bored with fruity smoothies or just want to try something a little different, this vegetable smoothie is right up your alley. Besides green veggies, you’ll notice that this smoothie has Vega® Antioxidant Omega Oil in it. While it may seem odd to add an oil to your smoothie, it’s a great way to make sure you are eating essential Omega-3 ALA. Tahini is also added as one of my go to seed butters—smooth and creamy, it adds a new flavor to your smoothie. A few small dates add an undertone of sweetness to complement the savory vegetables.
Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender (liquids first).
Blend until smooth.
