Fresh Vanilla Mint Smoothie

Chill out with peppermint tea and fresh mint leaves in this Vanilla Mint Smoothie. Want to take it to the next level? Add in a handful of fresh greens!
Ingredients
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Essentials
- or Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
- 1 cup chilled peppermint tea
- 1 frozen peeled banana
- ¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 drops peppermint extract
- 1 handful mild-tasting greens such as spinach or romaine (optional)
- 6 ice cubes
Preparation

Add all ingredients except ice to your blender and blend until smooth.

Blend in the ice cubes until no chunks remain.

Pour into a glass and serve.
