  • ¼-½ tsp turmeric powder or ½ inch fresh turmeric root
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • ½ cup mango
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sport® Premium Protein
