Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Time for dessert? This smoothie might just hit the spot. Mint and chocolate are a match made in heaven—especially when combined with Vega One®. Enjoy it as an afternoon snack, or as a refreshing way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chilled peppermint tea
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk substitute (coconut, almond, rice or hemp)
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 serving Chocolate Mint Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1 tbsp cocoa or cacao
  • 1 whole date
  • ½ chopped bar of Vega® Maca Chocolate

Preparation

  • In a blender, blend all ingredients other than the Vega Maca Chocolate until smooth.

  • Add in chopped Vega Maca Chocolate and blend until desired consistency is reached.

  • Enjoy!
