Mango Chia Agua Fresca

Nothing beats the heat and replenishes electrolytes than this Mango Coconut Water Agua Fresca. This beverage is recommended to be enjoyed poolside while soaking up those summer rays.
Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled and pitted
- 30 oz coconut water–we love Jax Coco 100% pure coconut water
- 1 serving Lemon Lime Vega Sport® Electrolyte Hydrator
- ⅛ cup muddle cilantro (optional)
- Juice of 4 medium limes
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup ice
- 1-2 cups water (to top up pitcher)
Preparation

Blend large mango into a puree in your high-speed blender. Should equate to one cup of puree.

If you’re adding cilantro, muddle it at the bottom of the jug or pitcher.

In 60 oz. jug mix together coconut water and Electrolyte Hydrator.

Add fresh lime juice, chia seeds and mango puree to jug.

Mix all ingredients together, top up jug with ice and water

Serve and enjoy!
