- 1 serving vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- or 1 serving vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
- or 1 serving vanilla Vega® Essentials
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla non-dairy yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk
- 1 cup ice (or 1/2 cup ice and 1/2 frozen banana)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Optional: lemon zest
- Gluten-free vegan graham cracker crumbs, for garnishing.
Blend until smooth. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
