Jelly & Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

In search of a new afterschool snack or mid-workday pick-me-up? This peanut butter fruit dip has both protein as well as veggies and greens from Vega® Protein & Greens. Did we mention it’s delicious as a dip for apples and bananas (and anything else your heart desires).


  • 1 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 serving Plain Unsweetened Vega® Protein & Greens
  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • Fruit for dipping


  • Mix yogurt, peanut butter and protein and greens until well combined.

  • Fold in jam. Don’t overmix, you want a swirl of jam in the peanut butter mix.

  • Serve cold with fruit.
