Rosemary is one of my all-time favorite herbs! In addition to the unique flavor profile and incredible aroma, it’s loaded with powerful antioxidants. So why not throw it into your morning blueberry smoothie?
- 1 cup nut milk
- 2 inch piece of jicama (optional)
- Juice from 1 lime
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- ½-1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender (liquids first).
Blend until smooth.
