Cool off with a refreshing glass of ice-cold hydrating lemonade. Made with Vega Sport® Hydrator, lemons and maple syrup, this simple combination will help keep you hydrated all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 2 servings Lemon Lime Vega Sport® Hydrator
  • 4-6 lemons, juiced
  • ½ cup maple syrup (less if desired)
  • 8 cups cold water
  • Ice, as needed

Preparation

  • Combine Electrolyte Hydrator, lemon juice and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.

  • Add in water and ice.

  • Enjoy!
