Start your day with cherry cheesecake—graham cracker topping and all!
- 1 cup ice
- 1½ cups coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- ½ lemon, zest and juice
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- 1 Tbsp vegan graham cracker crumbs
Blend ice, coconut milk, cashew butter, vanilla extract, Vega One, lemon juice and zest until smooth.
Add in cherries and pulse until cherries are chopped up but not smooth.
Top with graham cracker crumbs.
