The lovely ladies from Blender Babes contributed this delicious smoothie recipe combining carrots and spice (and everything nice).
- 1 1/2 cups milk substitute or filtered water
- 1 cup carrots (1 large or 2 small carrots)
- 1 serving of vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- or 1 serving of vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein
- 2 Tbsp gluten-free oats (such as Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp ginger (fresh preferred or ground)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp all spice
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth!
