- 3 Tbsp of gluten-free oatmeal (Red Mill)
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 apple, chopped
- ¼ tsp of nutmeg
- 1½ tsp of cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
- 1 cup non-dairy milk alternative (we used almond)
- 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
