Smooth and delectable, our famous chocolate post-workout recovery pudding is a new way to help you  refuel after your sweat session. With plant-based protein and nutrient dense ingredients, it’s a new way to get what you need after your workout. Don’t forget the most important part: the pure chocolate decadence. Blend it before your workout, set in the refrigerator and then enjoy with your training partner when you return!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup soaked almonds
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 serving Chocolate Vega Sport® Performance Protein
  • or Chocolate Vega® Clean Protein
  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder (or unsweetened chocolate powder)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½-1 cup So Delicious Almondmilk Beverage

Preparation

  • Before you work out, blend until smooth. Put in the refrigerator during your workout. When you return, enjoy!
