Apple Green Tea Smoothie

Blend chilled green tea with dates and a Granny Smith apple to make this refreshing green tea smoothie. Sip down for a refreshingly tarty start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled green tea
  • 1 green apple, de-cored and cut into large wedges
  • 1 Tbsp dry oats
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Essentials
  • ½ cup ice

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to the blender in the above order.

  • Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
