  • 1 cup unflavored non-dairy yogurt (such as almond or coconut)
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 to 1 serving Chocolate, French Vanilla, or Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (to taste)
