Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie

A Raspberry Lime Rickey is the perfect summer drink. Why not enjoy it with lemon a pre-workout smoothie? All of the Vega Sport® pre-workout supplements will work well in this recipe but we recommend using the Strawberry Lemonade flavor.


  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 dried dates
  • 2 cups iced tea (with or without caffeine)
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1 serving of Strawberry Lemonade Vega Sport® Premium Energizer


  • Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
