Fresh Veggie and Hummus Wrap

Variety is the spice of life, so why make your usual wrap? Slice and dice this array of bright fruits and vegetables with a multitude of textures. Spreading your super food hemp seed hummus over a dark leafy green, and pile on your choice of everything from crunchy pepper to tropical mango. Make this wrap your own with your personalized fillings!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hemp seed hummus
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • ½ red pepper, sliced
  • Kale or collard green leaves
  • ¼ mango, chopped
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed, or hemp seeds)
  • ½ cup sprouts

Preparation

  • To assemble the wrap, lay the kale or collard green flat on the countertop. Spread hemp seed hummus all over the base of the wrap.

  • Once finished layering all the vegetables on the wrap, fold in the outer sides of the wrap and roll to enclose all the items within the wrap, and enjoy!
