Raspberry Lime Pre-Workout Smoothie

Tart and slightly sweet, this is the perfect summer pre-workout drink.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 dried dates
  • 2 cups iced tea (with or without caffeine)
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1 serving of Vega Sport® Premium Energizer (any flavor!)
