If you want to drink your Vega® protein powder on-the-go, a shaker cup is your new BFF. Ready in 20 seconds flat, a protein shake is delicious on-the-go. But, if not properly layered, you’ll wind up with a very unpleasant dusting of powder.

Before you shake it consider these stacking techniques for your shaker cup (listed in order from bottom to top of your cup).

Basic Layer Technique:

Next Level Layering:

  3. 3. Extra ingredients (cacao nibs, hemp seeds, goji berries, flaxseeds and chia seeds, etc.)

  6. 6. Ice

Feel free to use any liquid in the place of water. Coconut water, 100% juice, plant-based beverage, green juice, etc.
